A speciality yeast selected for its estery somewhat peppery and spicy flavour development.
Uses: Excellent performance in beers with alcohol contents of up to 8.5% but
can ferment up to 11.5% ABV and recommended for bottle-conditioning of beers.
Ideal dosage for a 20-30 liter brew.
Fermentation temperature: 15C - 24C
Final gravity: high
