CheeseLab Intermediate Kit

Our intermediate introduces you to more advanced stretched curd cheeses that are easy and fun to make. 
The kit will make 10kg of cheese

Mozzarella 4.5kg (10 batches of 450gm)

Halloumi 1.3kg (4 batches of 340gm)

Ricotta 2.25kg (5 batches of 450gm)

Ricotta Salata 1.7kg (4 batches of 340gm)

Mascarpone(340gm)

Intermediate Kit Includes the following :

  • 2 m of re usable Cheese Cloth
  • 100 ml of Iodophor (sanitzer)
  • 800 ml Cheese Salt
  • 10 ml Calcium Chloride (helps form a curd) 
  • 125 ml Citric Acid
  • 25 ml Non animal Rennet
  • 84 ml Milk Powder
  • 1 x Pipette
  • Round mould
  • Illustrated instruction booklet that walks you through an easy step-by-step process

Needed but not included:

  • Full Cream Milk

  • Heavy/Double cream

  • Thermometer
  • Measuring spoons
  • Bottled water
  • 1 Lemon
  • Colander
  • 6 litre pot
  • Thick household rubber gloves
