This traditional English pub beer is with well-balanced with a flavorful taste of malty sweetness and hop bitterness.  

• Brew volume: 23L
• ABV:  3.8% (approx)
• OG 1036 to 1040

Additional Ingredients required:

• Beer Enhancer 2 (Add flavour and body)
• Carbonation sugar or carbonation drops (Required 2 weeks later before bottling)
• Bottles (Required 2 weeks after fermentation)

Equipment needed: 

• Basic Beer Kit  (Bucket fermenter, airlock with grommet, adhesive thermometer)
• Beer hydrometer
• Sanitiser (No-rinse idophore or Acidisan)
