Uses: Pilsner, Light Munich, Vienna, Marzenbier, and Oktoberfest beers.

Ideal base dosage for a 20-30 liter brew.

Fermentation temperature: 9C - 15C, ideally 12C

Sedimentation: high
Final gravity: medium
