Perle Hops

Available in 50 g and 100 g vacuum sealed bags.

ORIGIN: German hop cultivar with characteristic green, minty notes along with a more noble, earthy/spicy quality. 

• Best used in a flavor/aroma role at the end of a boil. However, Perle also makes a great stand-alone hop in lower alpha beers like a light lager or an American Wheat.
• Uses: Pale Ale, Alt, Pilsner, Dunkel, Lager, Kolsch and more.
•  5.8 % AA
