Amarillo Pale Ale - partial mash

Take the next step in brewing by trying one of BeerLab's easy to brew tried and tested Partial Mash recipe kits.  Makes 20 liters of beer.

A juicy pale ale with low bitterness and a light amber colour. Loads of orange, tropical and citrus flavour.

Included in the kit:

• Simpsons Aromatic Malt
• 2 k of Dry malt extract
• 4 x Amarillo hop additions
• Ale Yeast
• Step by step instructions.

Equipment needed:

• 25l Fermentation bucket with airlock
• Sanitiser - recommend No Rinse Sanitiser or Acidisan available on website.
• Thermometer
• Hydrometer - Optional but useful to calculate alcohol %
• Grain bag
• Large sieve/Colander
• 15 L pot or bigger
• Ice or an immersion chiller
