Brewing beer has never been this easy with the Black Rock Malt Extract Brewing can that makes 20L of beer. 

Black Rock Classic Draught is a classic full-bodied, easy-drinking brown beer that will be familiar to many NZ beer drinkers. This popular session beer is both satisfying and thirst-quenching with full-bodied malt character from the Crystal and Black specialty malts balanced with a moderate bitterness 

• IBU: 25
• ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg dexrose or Brew Enhancer)
• Hops (bittering): NZ Hops Green Bullet™
• Malt: 87% MaltEurop Lager, 6% Gladfield Medium Crystal, 3% Gladfield Light Chocolate, 2% Gladfield Dark Chocolate, 2% Gladfield Aurora.

What is included:

• 1.7kg brew can containing hopped liquid malt extract
• Yeast
• Basic instructions on back of can

Recommend to be brewed with Beer Enhancer 1 to increase body and mouth feel or 1kg Dextrose/sugar (available under brewing sugars)

What do I need to get started? 

• Basic brew kit - Fermentation bucket, capper, airlock, bottling tube ect. Available here
• Empty bottles (Not twist top bottles) and caps.  Available here  
• Carbonation sugar (Dextrose work best). Available here  
• No Rinse Sanitiser. MOST IMPORTANT STEP!  Available here   

Try brewing this recipe with a specialty ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05.
