Simpsons Caramalt is a sweet, chewy and heavenly malt. It contributes golden-hued colour enhancement and flavour enrichment from its mild toffee notes in Lagers and Extra Pale Ales. Due to its low colour, it’s incredibly versatile and can be used to enhance almost any beer style that needs a little sweetness.
