Contributes a clean, crisp character while reducing the overall malt intensity with a smoother finish compared to the biscuity or bready notes you would get from barley.

• Subtly sweeten the flavour profile.  
• Low protein = wont increase haze
• Pre-gelatinised 
• Recommend up to 20% of grain bill

Because flaked corn is pre-gelatinised, you dont need to cook it and can add direclty to your mash.  Contains very little enzymes

Complements the following beerstyles: American Largers, cream ales, pilsner

Because it contains little to no enzymes, your base malt is relied on for conversion.
