Unhopped light malt extract is light in colour and smooth in flavour. The concentrated wort was mashed and boiled using 100% New Zealand lager malt. Ideal to make pale ales, lagers and pilseners.

Add this to your beer to enhance to increase alcohol content, add complex malt flavors, and improves body and mouthfeel. It replaces simple brewing sugars (like dextrose) to prevent thin, watery tasting beer

• Gravity Yield: Adds approximately 19 gravity points per 1.7kg (when diluted to 23 liters).

How to Use It

• Sugar Replacement: Use instead of dextrose (brewing sugar) to achieve a fuller body, richer malt flavor, and superior mouthfeel in your kit beers.
• Extract Brewing: Serves as an excellent, unhopped base for custom all-extract or partial-mash recipes.
