The Nukatap FC Gen 2  is an advanced, forward-sealing flow control draft beer tap manufactured by KegLand. It features a redesigned internal flow control mechanism that forces the beverage to change direction twice, creating better fluid resistance to successfully pour highly carbonated, warm, or high-pressure beverages with minimal foaming.

Key Features & Design Improvements

• Advanced Flow Control: The upgraded internal system uses a side-mounted lever to adjust resistance directly at the tap, making it easy to balance lines when switching between different beer styles, carbonation levels, or mobile festival setups.
• Reduced First-Pour Foam: Designed with a significantly lower thermal mass, the tap body cools down rapidly when cold beer first touches it, eliminating initial foam waste.
• Laminar Flow "Nukashuttle": Features a seamless, missile-shaped internal shuttle made of TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) over polypropylene (PP). This crevice-free design ensures excellent fluid dynamics and eliminates areas where bacteria or mold can hide.
• Sanitary Forward-Sealing: Unlike traditional rear-sealing taps that trap stagnant beer inside the tap body, its forward-sealing design blocks out air, wild yeast, and bacteria.
• Acid & Chemical Resistance: The solid TPV seals are highly robust and designed to withstand acidic beverages like sour beers, kombucha, or cider without corroding or leaking.
• Handle Versatility: Built with a 2.5-degree reverse handle angle to prevent heavy or long tap handles from accidentally dragging forward and dripping.
• Auto-Close Spring Compatible: It is the first forward-sealing flow control tap on the market capable of housing an optional auto-close return spring, ensuring the tap snaps shut automatically when released.
