Well-known, commercial English ale yeast, selected for its fast fermentation character and its ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of the fermentation, helping to improve beer clarity. 

Uses: This yeast is recommended for a large range of ale beers such as ordinary bitter, English pale ale, Indian pale ale, Scottish ale, light Porter and classic Stout. 

Ideal dosage for a 20-30 liter brew.

Recommended fermentation temperature: 15C – 24C
