A refreshing golden colored Pale Ale made with local ingredients. This beer is not high in alcohol or bitterness - a truly sessionable (very easy drinking beer). Locally grown Southern Passion hops lend a passion fruit & citrus character.

• 4kg SAB Pale Malt
• 300g Dextrin Simpsons Malt
• 12g Southern Passion Hops
