Very popular neutral champagne yeast.

  • 20g sachet
  • Strong fermenter with a cold tolerance of 11°C. 
  • Optimum fermentation range 12 - 27°
  • Alcohol tolerance 16.5%  at 20°C

Also great for making Cider and for high alcohol fermentation's or bottle conditioning high alcohol beers.

  • 20 g is enough to make 80 Liters of wine
  • 0.25-0.30 g/L 20 g - Wine  (Due to presence of natural yeast in grapes
  • 0.5-1 g/L - Cider / Mead  (Higher dose rate due to lack of natural yeast to help initiate the fermentation
