Suggested hop additions:  50-200g of dry hop at day 6 of fermentation.

  • Classic Stout: Use East Kent Goldings and/or Fuggle for a traditional earthy and floral aroma.
  • American Stout: Use Cascade and/or Centennial for a bold citrus and floral character.
  • Chocolate Stout: Use Willamette and/or Tettnang for a smooth and subtle chocolate note.
  • Coffee Stout: Use Northern Brewer and/or Columbus for a rich coffee and earthy character.
